Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

    • In the same pristine condition as received

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Please email our customer care team at support@investidesign.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.

  2. Return Authorization
    You will receive return instructions and the appropriate return address. Kindly ensure all items are carefully repackaged to avoid damage in transit.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

    • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

    • INVESTI is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are made to the original method of payment.

  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund or offer a partial reimbursement.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items returned without original packaging or damaged upon arrival


Exchanges

As our collection is exclusively composed of fine fragrances, we currently do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different scent, please follow the return procedure (if eligible) and place a new order.
