For safety and hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned.

Return Authorization
You will receive return instructions and the appropriate return address. Kindly ensure all items are carefully repackaged to avoid damage in transit. -
Shipping Costs

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

INVESTI is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
As our collection is exclusively composed of fine fragrances, we currently do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different scent, please follow the return procedure (if eligible) and place a new order.
