The perfumer’s insight:
The beautiful story of Labdanum, the method used in the past to collect this raw material was unusual. The Labdanum was collected by combing the goats and sheep impregnated with this substance as they grazed along the branches of the rockrose. Within the realm of Haute Parfumerie lies a realm of intimacy. To unveil the hidden desires residing within each individual, I have used the sweetest, intimate substance and definitely one of the greatest of all time in an overdose, the Labdanum. To highlight the sweet Honey and intimate facets of this beauty, I infused the Labdanum with the Turkish ‘Grand Cru’ Rose Damascena, light Amber and Almond. The Labdanum is untamed, the Rose and Almond highlights the sweetness and add softness like silk fabric, together with a touch of Amber it has the magnetism to seduce.
