Shipping Destinations:

We now ship perfumes worldwide.

  • Within Europe: Standard shipping times and fees apply.

  • Outside Europe: We offer global shipping with longer delivery times and additional shipping fees due to special handling requirements for perfumes (classified as hazardous goods).


Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping on all orders over €200,- (excludes hazardous goods surcharges for non-EU orders).

  • For orders under €200,-, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and applicable handling charges.


Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.


Delivery Time Estimates:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days (may vary based on location and customs clearance)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your country’s regulations for importing perfumes.


Shipping Carriers:

We work with trusted carriers such as POST NL, DPD, DHL, and others specialized in handling international perfume shipments.


Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow its progress.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in product or shipping prices.


Important Notes for Non-European Customers:

  • Perfumes are considered hazardous goods and require special handling when shipped outside Europe.

  • This results in higher shipping costs and longer transit times.

  • If, for any reason, we are unable to ship to your country due to legal restrictions, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
